GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS

General - These booking conditions set out the basis upon which the accommodation reservations are accepted for clients ("You", "Your party") by Residence Hoteliere Vallorcine Mont-Blanc ("Us", "We", "Our").

BOOKINGS

A deposit of 25% of the total amount of your stay (accommodation & services) must be paid to us within 7 DAYS in order to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid to us, in full, 4 weeks preceding arrival. For late bookings, you must pay 100% of the cost of your stay. Payment terms: we accept payments by credit card Visa, American express or Eurocard/Mastercard (direct payment, web payment) or by bank transfer. No foreign checks are accepted. Cash is accepted for payments made at the residence. Payments are to be sent to the following address: Residence Vallorcine Mont-blanc – Chef Lieu – 74660 Vallorcine - FRANCE

PRICING
All rates are quoted in Euros and include VAT and charges such as electricity, gas, water and heating. The apartment rates excludes local taxes and expenses of a personal nature such as laundry, covered parking, telephone calls, fax services, etc.


CANCELLATION BY YOU
Please note that bookings are non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed. Cancellations must be presented to us in writing, specifying the cancellation dates and the reason for the cancellation. You are responsible for ensuring the notification has been received. Partial refunds may be allocated on the basis of the notification period:

- More than 30 days before the start date of your stay: all payments received from the client are refunded. A 50 (fifty) Euro administration fee will however be retained.
- Between 29 and 15 days before your scheduled arrival date: 25% is charged on the total amount
- Between 14 and 8 days before your scheduled arrival date: 50% is charged on the total amount
- Less than 7 days before your scheduled arrival date: The full cost (100%) is charged.

We strongly recommend that you obtain appropriate travel and personal insurance cover to cover these charges in the event of a cancellation.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATION BY US

We reserve the right to make changes or cancellations after the booking at any time (partial or full closure of one equipment). Services or activities might be changed without notice.

DEPOSIT
A 500 Euro deposit will be charged to you on your arrival. The deposit will be fully refunded to you providing no local taxes and/or charges are outstanding, or that any damages have been caused to the properties. An inventory will be done on your arrival and on your departure.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in and pick up of the keys is made on the day of your arrival from 4.00 pm. Keys must be returned to us before 10.00 am on the day of departure. For 7-day bookings, apartment rentals are made for 7 nights, from Saturdays 4.00 pm to the following Saturday 10.00 am.

PETS
Pets are accepted in the residence at an additional cost. A fee will be charged for any damage caused by your pet.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The guest shall reside in the premises only as a temporary residence and shall not engage in any commercial, illegal, nuisance, dangerous or other activity that could embarrass the agency or cause agency to receive complaints from neighbours. It is forbidden to bring ski equipment (ski, ski-shoes, snowboards, snowshoes etc.), bicycles or any other equipment into apartments or on balconies. Ski lockers are at your disposal within the residence.


RESPONSABILITIES
You are responsible for ensuring that the apartment is not occupied by more people than is stated on your booking confirmation, which is set to the number of beds in the apartment.

COMPLAINTS
Any complaints about the apartment, its contents, its cleanliness or our staff must be made to us within 48 hours after your arrival. We will take all reasonable steps to settle the problem. We shall not have any liability for complaints submitted after this period.

We would remind you that the residence cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, theft or damage of any personnal effects inside or outside our buildings, including the apartments, the covered parking or the public areas.

Smoking is not permitted in all common areas & all apartments
